Local connection problems

Hi
After a month of trying to resolve this this is my last shot!!
Toshiba sattelite running vista basic.
Connected fine to the internet wirelessly - changed servers to Orange Gigaset the laptop will only connect locally.

I have tried all the obvious - resetting router, manually connecting, etc but nothing seems to work. Other laptops can connect to the router fine even vista laptops, but for some reason the TOshiba won't, Orange have been no help at all.

Any help would be like winning the lottery, Hours and hours of wasted attempts losing the will!!!!!!

hi,not sure but try ,flushing dns and release and renew , instructions here ,

Many of you will be familiar with the FSCommand Library of JavaScript methods, described in a tutorial on this site as well as elsewhere, which, until Flash MX was the best method for interacting between concurrently open SWF files. Many of you will also be aware of the many pitfalls of using FSCommands for this purpose, including incompatibility with certain browsers and operating systems. Local Connection Objects, like the FSCommand Library allow us to communicate between concurrently playing SWF files, but without the incompatibility issues, and with a lot less hassle.
