"no Preview available" Error message

Hello

When ever i download .jpg pictures from internet,
it does not opens with windows Picture and Fax Viewer and
i gets an error message "no Preview available".
pictures in my computer are OK,thay dont have that problem
it only happens when i download .jpgs from internet.
Can any one helps me

Apparently it looks like the images are corrupted in some way. From this forum thread, I found a possible solution:

1- right click >> Properties
2- go to Security tab
3- Click on Advanced
4- go to Owner tab
5- Click on ur username then select the " Replace owner on ...." check box
6- click ok
7- right click >> refresh
