when i log in everything pops up like normal but when i click on my email it takes me to the security screen where you have to match the characters i do that then it ask for my email and password and it just keeps repeating the cycle....i have other hotmail accts and they work fine i have tried going through firefox same problem ive also treid another computer same problem.......anyone please help

It may mean that you have the wrong password or Hotmail is rate-limiting access to it. I'd recommend clearing cache and cookies, as maybe some cookies are interfering with the login attempts.
