I have a problem with hotmail - have tried to refresh hotmail, but although I can see the inbox, I cannot open any emails from my laptop and the message is then a series of numbers. Have deleted browsing history etc. Can access hotmail from other PC's, and don't appear to have a virus on laptop, but it's been like this for days now. Any ideas on how I can sort?
