I have a dell 2350 computer with windowsxp I am trying to install microsoft works suite, it installs ok, but only goes into my add/remove and not my programs.???I hope someone can help me. also could not install mcafee or norton virus protection ??? getting something re; activex ???:sad:

check it .. have you ever scanned your computer for spyware trojans viruses( i understand you tryd to download these??), and are you downloading from the internet or do you have disks...??

When you say it only goes into your Add/Remove programs, does that mean that it is not in the Start Menu? Does the Installation complete and say that it was successful?
