how do i change the buttons for "turn off computer" in the start menu with a different icon ?

Basically, ure gonna go change the code written by Microsoft, and its easier then ya think. Basically like editing a Word document.

do i need a special program ? from where do i do the editing?

hmm it seems that i need this resource hacker to open the file ...any ideas where i can download such a program(or whatever it is ..)

yeah i tried to download windowsblind and then it couldnt initiate the installation..:p
