SO. We are trying to install the Nancy Drew game on a windows 7 computer, but it won't let us. Each time we try to install it says something about certain privileges we have to have. I'M FREAKING OUT CAUSE I CAN'T PLAY MY NANCY DREW GAMES AND I JUST GOD I JUST REALLY NEED YOUR HELP I I I I I I I I I I GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDD :sad:

Jump to Postit may well be that you are signed on as an ordinary user and that in win 7 does not allow you to change the programs. You may need administrator rights to do this. Check in 'users' to see that you are an administrator.

is the game new and compatible with win7 .

try this with the Drew disk in the drive go to [My]computer ,right click the cd/dvd rom drive icon ,chose open , look in the list of files and find the .exe application file ,right click on it and choose "run as Administrator" to run the program
