I have a Windows 7 machine that will NOT ALLOW Flash to run on any browser I have installed on it (IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari). When I go to Adobe's website and try to click the download button in IE, it does nothing.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, what fixed it?
