I have tried all the solutions I could find using Google, including all of Microsofts suggestions.
Can't install or uninstall any programs at this point using my Windows 7 Asus Laptop.
Everything worked fine a few days ago.
I try to install itunes and I get told "The Windows Installer Service Cannot Be Accessed, please contact a system administrator"
Is anybody aware of any solutions?
Jump to PostRight click the application software and choose run as administrator and install with further instructions.

Try reinstalling windows installer. You can download the latest from Microsofts site.
But if it worked fine before that indicates there was a change on your system. Have you tried a system restore?
Where do I download this installer. The only version I can find is version 4.5 -- this is not for windows 7
