403 Forbidden Error

Just tried to access this link;

http://blog.seorevolution.com/2012/09/28/things-you-should-know-right-now/

And got:
“Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /2012/09/28/things-you-should-know-right-now/ on this server.

So are you really having a 403 error, or just trying to promote your site? I can access the link as well. no issues. If you are having this issue, can you be more specific as to the scenario? From one computer, one network, specific browser?
