I boaght a new laptop with windows 7 starter on. But when I try to adjust the screen brightnes or volume i cant, nothing happens. I have donwloaded and installed all of the drivers on sony's website of my model but it still doesnt work. How can i fix this, is there another driver i need to download for it?

Yes the function key is working properly. I am able to adjust the volume but not the screen brightnes.
