Hi,
i am using windows 7 32 bit there is no sound throgh speakers while viewing youtube and live stream,
but i can hear through head phone but with out head phone there no voice from speakers,
but the speakers are in good working condition.
i am using mozilla fire fox and acer 4730Z note book...
i have to go for any plugin
help me to fix this problem

Why would the original poster need to consult gateway support when he has an acer aspire 4730z notebook???
Have the speakers worked before with this notebook?
click on the start, under search box just above the windows logo.
type: control mmsys.cpl
the sound properties window will pop up.
Click on "Speakers", the click on properties
Then check any incorrect settings
Check on Speaker Properties in that check on advanceed button
make sure your speakers is working by checking with the test...
