my problem is that i heve instaled winxp on my computer and whn i try to open the folder where notron antuvirus installer is present then the window of the folder dissappers and nothing happens

my computer is without any antivirus
any window related to norton disspears in the same way
plese help me
my pc has a celeron processor 128 ram intel mptherboard

please help me
