I want to recover my windows 8 from my windows 8 recovery media cd which I got with my laptop. But problem is that my laptop don't have CD drive. How I can use this CD. Can I share that DVD rom of other pc if it is so then how can I do that?

This is a chicken and egg problem. No drive, cd/dvd won't work. You either need to get an external drive, or have someone write it to a USB thumb drive that your system can boot from.
