Someone please help. Have a laptop with Windows 8 that will not connect to the internet. At one time, I was able to disable the firewall and get it to work, but that is not even helping now. It also had AVG 2014 on it and I uninstalled trying to make something happen. I am open to any suggestion at this point. I know my internet is working as I am on my desktop and I am having no trouble. I am certain that there is a setting that is wrong, but I can't seem to find it. It worked fine in the past and I have no idea what happened.
