Is there a way to manipulate windows (other than the graphics card) so that windows can be turned 90 degrees? Windows CE will rotate on the palms- I wondered if there was a way to get windows to do the same thing. Can you help me out?

And CE didnt always have rotation. It was only introduced in 2003 Second Edition

Yeah, rotation isn't built into windows. It's part of the graphics card. If your graphics card doesn't support it, then you might want to look for the lastest drivers and/or firmware. Most laptop graphics cards have this function but don't advertise it.
