A message comes up saying Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run Setup again from the original disc or download location. But I went to Microsoft and downloaded it again but nothing happened! What should I do to uninstall it???

Hey I've got a user on Lotus Notes v6.5.5 They can send emails with attachements. However, when they try to forward an email with attachements it is stripping out the attachments. Same thing when they replay to an email with attachments. I've verified that it isn't usererror. Any ideas?
