Hi,

Hoping someone will help.

For some reason I cannot access certain websites and is frustrating me as problem happens after clean installing windows. Does this both on IE and Firefox. For instance for Hotmail will connect but not transfer data.

Not sure what you mean. I am connected to the internet just some web pages don't load or load properly. It still does it even after a clean windowes installation

i mean maybe it's not windows problem , it can be your internet connection problem . call with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) .

You may need to install required ActiveX Controls (Plug-ins) like e.g., Adobe Flash Plug-in or etc.
