Hi. I run Windows 2000. For the past week I have had a problem shutting down my system. I get the box that says end program-rundll32.exe. It starts it's countdown where I can hit any button and end now or let the countdown go and it will do it on it's own. If I hit any key, the system shuts down. If I don't, I get a message that the program is not responding, and the system does not shut down. I can't think of anything I did that would have changed anything. I don't know how to correct this. Can anyone help? Thanks Anne

By the looks of that log you have just about every silly thing available from the internet installed onto your system, inluding a fair bit of stuff which you've allowed in yourself and …
