My daughter has a dlink wbr2310 were trying to get her reconnected after hp changed out her system board and by mistake turned off dchp and upnp.Now her ip address is no longer what it was before(192.168.0.1xx) and she can no longer access here router configuration page.She is on Road Runner.Any help would be appreciated.

control panel -> (classic view) -> network connections

right click on the network card and choose properties. Select TCP/IP from the list and choose properties. Make sure everything is set to DHCP then reboot.
