Steph102 0 Light Poster

Hi everyone. I have a D-Link DIR655. The hardwire connection is working fine so I know it is not the internet connection. The laptops are losing the router's signal every 2-4 minutes. The signal drops out for about a minute and reconnects itself. I thought I would come here first before going to the company because I'm pretty sure I will be dealing with people who are just reading from a database like usual. So far I have tried resetting the router several times, restoring factory settings, and updating the firmware. So far none of these have worked. Can any of you offer any help? It would be much appreciated.
