i basically have a question. I have a wireless g connection to my router and a gigabit ethernet nic in my mobo. i have now my room connected through an 8 port switch for faster wired transfers. This is my question though. A co worker told me that in win 2000 you can have 2 nics and tweak one for up stream and the other for down stream only. I figure i can do this for my setup too because on my 8 port switch i have a wireless gaming device giving it internet in the uplink. I would ultimatly like my pci wireless to be download and it to go through the switch for uplink. Is this possible in win xp and would i notice any difference? Thanks, Chris
