WE need to know what OS, what remote product, what are the source and destination Addresses, and what kind of authentication is in use.

The computer you are trying to connect to has to have the Professional version of Windows installed. ex Windows 7 Pro, Windows 8 Pro. This is if you are using Windows Remote Desktop.
