VGA ATIOEM|RADEON 9800SE is the name of my video card. I installed the drivers and then put the card in and everything started up fine...and got to my desktop and it told me there was something new and it found it and everything and said i needed to restart my comp so i did...got to the desktop everything was ok and i went to play a game and my comp just died...when i went to turn it back on it made this beeping noise like a ambulance or something and said that there was a overheat with the CPU or something...any help here?

Is it possible that the CPU Fan is just going out? That would be the first thing i would check if the CPU is over heating.

Too much CPU stress? Not a big enough PSU? WHat are you full sytem specs .. and what game are you trying to play? That GPU isn't that great .. so it shouldn't require much.
