Hello everyone. I’ve been using a ticket system called Keeping to work with customer requests, but seems like developers of this product don’t support it anymore. I’m looking for something with similar features and maybe at more reasonable price. It should be a ticket system compatible with Gmail and Google Apps, so different users could be able to work with common mailbox. Thank you in advance.

We use a Gmail based ticket system called Deskun, it should meet all your requirements.

Take a look at OSTicket. Pretty good and will work with Gmail and other email systems.

I have set it up for a few customers and they all like it and the options available.
