I never go with buying traffic ever ,ever.....they will never show your add to the people ,most of the traffic providers are using bots fake traffic,and some of them has very low quality traffic.I try before and i don't think it's a good idea ,and that's just my opinion though

Exchanging links ....sharing traffic with similar content site ....eg you have a Pest Control site you should exchange links with similar content as your site,and your site will look good on Google and this is must important.Also you can try PPC advertising if you have budget ,or blogs commenting.

well.do it yourself why you have to spend so much money on these Seo companies ,,,,use long tail keywords .....on article submissions and press release and you will get something ,,,,your post looks more a promotions then a thread

build a strong back links on your site from strong sites and the money will come.

it helps only for building you traffic and it's highly rescue due spamming,and it does nothing about Seo.
