Hi Chasaty, welcome to DaniWeb.
Before anyone else comes along, a word of advice: don't post in all upper case as it represents shouting so is often considered rude, it is also difficult to read.

Eey oop me duck (well that's what they say in these parts) welcome to DaniWeb!
Hi Rod, welcome to DanieWeb.
Hi Laurent, welcome to DaniWeb...
Welcome to DaniWeb, here's hoping you find us all you want us to be!
Hi Declan, welcome to DaniWeb.
Welcome to DaniWeb Tamaz.
Hi Jane, welcome to DaniWeb.
Sorry, but you are asking for help in the wrong forum, this is just the place to say hello - the meet and greet topic if you like.
Try asking over in the relevant Tech Talk forum for your operating system - so head for either Windows or Mac and start from there...
Good luck, I'm sure your problems will be sorted quickly enough if the DaniWeb members are up to their usual high standard.
Hey, welcome to the wonderful world that is the DaniWeb experience Bandit. You got here the same that most folk do - have a problem, go search, pointed here, problem solved. :)
Hi Rachel, welcome to the DaniWeb community.
Hi Sarah, welcome to DaniWeb from a work at home father of four, although the smallest of the ankle biters is now 6 years rather than months which makes things a little easier. I think :)
Hi Alex, great intro! Welcome to DaniWeb my friend.
Hi optimist, welcome to DaniWeb :)
Hello, good evening, and welcome from Sir DaniWeb Frost. Or something like that :)
Hi Jonn, welcome to DaniWeb, good to hear you are enjoying your time here with us.
Hi Henrik, welcome to DaniWeb from a father of four - of which only two are still here (living at home, with me at least), but unfortunatley it is 'half term' this week so the little ankle biters are here all day being hugely annoying :)
Well, that's 8 of us now which is enough for a decent Chinese meal and a good chinwag perhaps? Somewhere central, Soho/Chinatown district of London being the obvious choice...
I will also have a dig around in my events diary and see what is happening towards the end of November, start of December on the tech front as that might also be something to consider as a meeting point...
Hi Tyler, looks like you will fit in just nicely here. Welcome to DaniWeb.
Hi Haris, welcome to DaniWeb.
Hi Duock, welcome to Daniweb my friend.
Hi Abek, welcome to Daniweb. The way we work around here is that we all help each other, rather than give support off-site by email or whatever. That way, everyone can benefit becuase the answers will be in forum and findable by anyone with a similar problem in the future.
Hi Rakesh, welcome to DaniWeb.
Hi Judy, welcome to DaniWeb....
Hi Kim, welcome to DaniWeb.
Hi Ethan, welcome to DaniWeb my friend. I guess we will be seeing a lot of you over in the Viruses, Spyware and Other Nasties forum then? :)
Hey Terry, there will be no blooming if you don't first pollinate with a question.
And, of course, the Geek's Lounge is not the place for support questions so you can't ask it here.
Not that I wanted to trample on your garden or anything :)
Hi Gex, welcome to DaniWeb from another South Yorkshire resident...
Welcome to DaniWeb and thanks for the kind words.
Congrats!
You missed nothing :)
Welcome to DaniWeb!
Hi and welcome to DaniWeb. For your MSN query you might want to try asking in the Windows Software forum.
I prefer mine with fries :)
Hi Bill, welcome to Daniweb - where geeks gather with open arms and warm hearts as well as brainboxes full of all the stuff you need to know and available exactly when you need to know it.
Or something like that :)
Indeed.
Why do people get so worked up about which browser/OS/platform people use?
Heck, does it really matter if someone prefers Windows to Linux or vice versa, or IE to Firefox for that matter?
Secondly, is there a way to turn tabbed browsing off? I have a 30" monitor at a resolution of 2560x1600, and prefer to just set my windows side by side where I can see everything at once instead of switching between tabs.
I think the tabs thing is less about screen estate and more about memory. There is much less impact upon system resources by opening multiple tabs within a single window than firing up multiple instances of the browser. Not a problem when you only have two or three windows open of course, but when you get into double figures it soon all kicks off :)
This is one area where I think that MS got it right in following the NetCaptor - Opera - Firefox trend.
No problem..
Hi Doc, welcome to DaniWeb.
Welcome to DaniWeb.
I suspect you need to go and ask for that kind of help over in the Computer Science and Software Design forum.
My research was a quick WHOIS :)
I'm not sure that MS could even go for the trademark infringement angle, is IE7 trademarked does anyone know?
Hi Franki, welcome to the DaniWeb community where the geeks are very much out of the closet :)
Hi Joseph, welcome to DaniWeb
Hi Stephane, anyone who is into Cradle of Filth is good enough for me!
Welcome to Daniweb...
Hi Cecil, or is that Vera? Welcome to DaniWeb.
I would be mightily surprised if MS did not know about it, and even more surprised if the lawyers had not at least been looking into the possibility of cease and desist orders.
Of course, the fact that it was registered way back in 1999, long before IE7 had made any kind of appearance, might just make things difficult for MS in this regard.
As far as I recall it is covered in pretty much the same way as recording telephone conversations, which means it is OK as long as the person being recorded is made aware of this prior to the recording. Hence the 'this call may be recorded for employee training purposes' messages or, more to the point, acceptable use policies that point out usage of corporate IT may be monitored to ensure compliance.
Of course IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer) applies, and I suspect there will have been or is likely to be a test case involving European Human Rights legislation and/or rights to privacy in the workplace. The whole privacy thing being a big can of juicy worms just waiting to be knocked over.
Forget that, I want to know how to curse :)
I know, just thought it appropriate to mention it again now seeing that IE7 has finally been made available as release code...
Microsoft really ought to know better and do the domain grabs well in advance, it isn't like it cannot afford it after all.
As it says really, check out www.ie7.com which seems to have slipped past Microsoft for now at least.
Hello and welcome to DaniWeb, the first jungle runner I have ever encountered to my knowledge. I have enough trouble running for the bus...
