Just have a good article with 2-3version then use it for your website, blogging & article submission. Content is very important since SE and target market is hungry for information. I believe that this is the most effective way to promote a site in a very short period.

Some social media sites don't allow for submission of sexy & prank videos. Choose the social media site that fits your categories to drive more target markets. Bookmarking will do.

Content is the King. People are hungry for information whether in what area you are, they've always look for new stuffs & informative resources.

Definitely it will help. Blog commenting on my part helps gain traffic, but remember to post it on relevant blog sites & you're really contributing on the topic.

Since your site is for teens, why not try to promote it on the sites where there's a lot of college & high school students. But also, keyword ranking is also important.

Never heard... What I know the best are: CJ, ClickBank & CommissionSoup.

Build quality backlinks through blogging, bookmarking, article submission, forums, etc.

I would suggest you submit it to top do-follow bookmarking sites, it is time consuming to submit it to all since they are many and most of them is useless. :) Just an advice.

Awstats are from server statistics. But Google Analytics is a very reliable source.
