I need a monitoring software?

I need a monitoring software to know what they are doing on my computer and then send them to my email when I am not at home.

Perhaps you should invest in a tinfoil hat? Or better yet, describe more precisely what you want. It would also be good to know what is your operating system and why you want such a thing.
