Jump to PostSpicy foods don't prevent cancer. My son has always loved spicy foods such as jalapeno, and now he has cancer. If anything, I would say spicy foods cause cancer.

Spicy food can kill cancer is an "old wives' tale" at best. Has been around for many years without any proof.
