I also am not a IT person. I tinker with my computer per say. I come here to read and learn.

One day I want to learn programming (Basics).

I do have a question though. What Web browser is better?

Opera or FireFox?

Other suggestions will help. Sick of IE7 and its you cannot be trusted to handle your own files.

Theory is key, don't get cought up in languages, learn the structure. Here is a good learning lesson.
