I wanted a start a company(small scale industry) in india, on computer sales,service and AMC, we are two partners , we planned to operate from home itself ,
So what are legal procedures in india , to start a company and what will be cost of registration(partnership).

I am not sure what kind of information you have received so far but from my experience with leading offshore organizations and the number of India connections this will not be possible for a two guy startup.
To own a company in India is the most difficult part - you are not a citizen there and you probably don't have enough funding to buy your way through the government.
