I currently optimized a keyword its current position when i start working is 11 after my participation it jumps to 10 for 4-5 hour but after this period it jumps to 16.I used all techniques regarding seo i also used back link packets for different seo but not any response.
plz help me.

If you signed in any google accounts and search for your keywords it shows in the first page. so i think you signed in any google accounts when u saw your keyword ranked in some 10th position.
