Well, Google Page Rank is nothing but a reflection of the traffic and visibility that your site has. if you want ot increase the PR then you need to increase the traffic to your site. You need to find out the ways which can help you in creasing the traffic and then work accordingly, one it has continuous flow, you will see the rank increase in Google!
