You need to do more off page submission process, build more high pr backlinks for the keywords which you want to rank on Google.

To rank quickly, work on off page factors. The title and URL should be clear, focused with a great Meta description. Google+ and Social media need to be focused. Content should be enriched with quality. Back links should be from high PR site.
