You can try Semrush, Ahrefs, and Moz tools but I'm not sure what they cost, if anything, or if they offer free trials.

Ahrefs has a good amount of functionality in its free version.

However, most of them have a lot of limitations in their free version, and that provides you with the correct data is often paid. Hence, the method that I prefer to do my keyword research is, creating a free account on google ads and utilizing the keyword planner tool. Not only does this method save me a lot of money, but since Google is a trusted company, I even have the assurance that my data is safe with them.
