I am just finding out how people provide oneway links from hign pr websites ?

So they do three way link exchange or what ?

Can any one hlep me know how to get link from pr websites.

Easy, they have good content that these sites want to link to. Sites that tend to have PR and rank well do so because they offer good content to their visitors. They also only link to other sites that have great content and would be of value to their readers. If you want these links, make a good website.
