Do a search for free directories. There are thousands of them.

What is the category of your blog? There's a lot of free-seo friendly directories out there...just google it if you can't find in this forum..

There are lots of free article directories too. Also just google 'yourblogsubject backlinks' or yourblogsubject directory to find directories relating to your blog.
