I need one user to be able to pay another user, and I get a % of the transaction.
What's the best system to use?

ok i agree paypal is good one for transaction but the charges are high for each transaction comparing to others..but its popular..thats all
but i am not understand how it is possible if some one pays another person some money,how will you get a percentage of that in paypal..anyone who answered paypal,please clarify about this.
