LoL, do like everyone else on Twitter, beg for followers and follow back. There are a lot of "followback" Tweeters out there that will increase your follower numbers.

Or

You can do it the natural way where people follow you because they have an interest in following you. That's the realest and most legitimate way to do so in my opinion.

Or

You can pay for followers although I'm not really sure about how you do that. I've only heard about that and dismissed the idea of it as soon as I saw it.

Simply follow other members and they'll follow you if your profile, tweets attracts them to follow. Also, add twitter follow button on your sites.
