What is a good response when an advertiser asks for demographics about your userbase?

For example, they ask the typical age of my site user but I can only guess...what's a typical solution?

I think you can track through your cPanel analyzing the stats by analog/awstats, where you can get information from which country and what percentage you're receiving traffic.
