I just got a new computer and along with it I had to get new programs.
I am having trouble with Dreamweaver.
Right now my menu /toolbar that is below the properties that lets you select the targets to draw for people to click on is missing. I have tried a lot of things by I cannot find it. Preferences does not show a default setting. Any help?

To reset Dreamweaver CS3 or Cs4 back to orginal window/pallett positioning:
In the menu bar select Window -> Worspace LAyout -> Designer
The actual pannel for drawing/dragging hyperlinks is called properties, it does many different things depending on the elelment selected. Press Control F3 to hide/unhide it :)
