Somebody gave me this compu, I have no idea, how to unlock it... (I'm wondering why she gave to me)
I cant even go to the first screen...
when I turn it on, it only says: Hdd Password... thats it
I already contacted Dell IT support, they said they cant do nothing if I dont give the owners info, address etc... but I dont have that info...
I dont dont how my friend registered that notebook...she is not here anymore...
Any ideas..?
