Hi I have a problem installing the wifi on my netbook.. its an optima netbook pc Op2-E..

On the devices and printers page it shows a "WiFi USB Dongle" and it can be ejected like it was a flash drive or sumthin..

I recently formatted this netbook and installed Windows 7 as the OS.. I updated everything via windows update all that remains to function is just its wifi capability..

check firewall is blocking the device. also confirm that device manager shows the driver is installed for the device.

** you can install the motherboard drivers if above is not fixing****
