I have an older Dell PC that has gotten a virus within the past year. Had the PC completely erased and supposedly everything was reinstalled. I lost the password to my printing software and can't recover it, along with a few other important capabilities. Can you help me? Dell support hasn't been that wonderful. Thank you in advanced:)

Is there a backup of the old registry?
Is the printing sftw 3rd party or associated with the printer?
You can't expect mfg.s to get overly enthused over a old server.
