Hi,

I get an awful siren sound when the pc powers up, but does not boot. Noticed the mobo [Northbridge] fan was stuck. Replaced the mobo [Northbridge] fan and still the siren. Also did the followong:

1. Reset CMOS by removing battery.
2. Reset RAM
3. Removed and reinserted CPU
4. Reset videocard
5. Reinserted all mobo cables to hard drives
6. Disconnected 2nd hard drive

Please advise.
