HI,
I have a computer with Celeron 3.0ghz on MSI mobo. Suddenly the computer stopped working. I replaced the mobo with an Asrock. Just in case I also replaced the psu. The computer worked fine for a couple of weeks. XP started hanging, the now it does not start all the led’s go on and I can hear the Hard disk start but the screen is completely blank. After many tries it works but afterwards the same thing happens. I replaced the RAM, the psu and the hard disk but I still have the same problem.

Please, helpppppp. It’s diving me crazy.

Can you get into bios?

No, I can't.
No signal is coming to the monitor.
I tried adding another vga with no luck.
When I take the RAM out it beeps the usual missing memory beep.

Sounds like the CPU is fried.
