I have a Dell from hell desktop Dim 3000 found a new mobo abd bought it the board fits perfect in the can and all connections line up but 1 and that is th front audio jack no sweat. The board is gettin power but it will not fire hd cd or fans I believe the header plug may be different. The boards have the same number but one is A01 the other is A02 one adds an AGP slot and 2 additional mem slots.... Any help?

You might want to check with Dell support to make sure this is a compatible board, many of the Dell desktops have proprietary power supplies that fit but wont power an incompatible board.

The board has one led that is lit as well as the fans and LED's on front both LED's stay lit but no hard drive and no CD drives! Leave it to Dell to ruin a wet Dream
