I have a Dell Inspirion 1501

When I turn the power on it has a long constant beep.

I have reinstalled the ram, tryed new ram and updated the bios.

No warranty left now and I am stuck as to what the problem could be.

I had to replace the harddrive already and once the beeping starts it loads windows and everything works fine.

Any ideas or if you have had this problem please let me know.
