This is my first attempt at fixing a system. I have an LG IBM desktop that suddenly started restarting after a fluctuation in current. It brought out a message indicating operating system failure. I tried loading a new OS(Window XP). All I got was a blue screen indicating an error.Please I need an assistance on what to do. Thanks.
